A Better Welgemoed for All

The Welgemoed CID Board wishes to address recent misinformation circulating within the community. These claims are unfounded and do not reflect the reality of our operations or achievements.

Over the past five years (Term 1: 1 July 2020 – 30 June 2025), Welgemoed CID has consistently demonstrated sound governance, transparency, and accountability, supported by independently audited financial statements.

Every commitment outlined in our approved five-year business plan has been delivered, including:

• Enhanced Safety and Security
• Comprehensive Cleaning and Maintenance
• Greening and Environmental Initiatives
• Social Responsibility
