City Improvement Districts (CIDs) operate as registered Non-Profit Companies (NPCs), established by property owners through a formal Members Meeting. The CID is governed by a Board of Directors elected annually at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and meet monthly under an elected Chairperson.
