Welgemoed residents have been delighted to discover beautifully painted rocks appearing in their gardens, delivered by a group of enterprising little elves. Each rock a beautiful surprise that brought a smile and a moment of joy.

Thoughtful, and creative, these gifts are a lovely reminder of the warmth and spirit that make our community so special.
