Following clarification from the City of Cape Town, Welgemoed CID would like to update registered members on the arrangements for submitting proxy forms ahead of the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 10 November 2026.

To assist with meeting preparations, members are encouraged to submit their completed proxy forms by Monday, 9 November 2026, where possible. The City, has confirmed that proxy forms may also be submitted on the day of the AGM. The earlier date is simply to help CIDs prepare and process the Proxy forms ahead of the AGM meeting.
