Following the publication of the formal AGM notices in the newspapers, WCID would like to draw residents’ and property owners’ attention to the AGM documents on our website, ahead of the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 10 November 2026. Everything you need to know is available Click Here

Throughout the year, our monthly newsletters and website updates keep residents informed about public safety, maintenance, greening projects, community activities and the work taking place across Welgemoed.

The AGM documents bring much of this information together, providing a broader picture of what WCID has achieved, how funds have been spent and what is planned for the coming year.

What can you find on our website?

  • Annual Report – a review of WCID’s work, projects and activities over the past financial year.
  • Audited Financial Statements – an account of WCID’s income, expenditure and financial position.
  • Annual Budget and Implementation Plan – an outline of planned projects, services and expenditure.
  • AGM Notice and Agenda – details of the meeting and the matters to be discussed.
  • Director Nomination Form – information for those interested in nominating candidates to serve on the WCID Board.
  • Membership Application Forms – information for property owners who would like to become registered WCID members.
  • Proxy Forms – documents relating to voting at the AGM.
  • Previous AGM Minutes – a record of the previous meeting and decisions taken.

DID YOU KNOW THAT WCID MEMBERSHIP IS NOT AUTOMATIC?

Although property owners contribute to WCID through the additional rates, this does not automatically make them members of the organisation. Membership is a separate registration process, with voting rights and participation governed by WCID’s Memorandum of Incorporation.

The website provides information on membership and the relevant application forms. Residents should refer to the formal AGM notice for meeting procedures and applicable deadlines.
