Have you noticed something different around Welgemoed?

Our two new Public Safety Officer (PSO) patrol vehicles are now on the road, supporting the team as they carry out their daily public safety responsibilities across the suburb. The vehicles form part of WCID’s partnership with Fidelity ADT, combining local Public Safety Officers, Armed Response, and the Security Control Room into a coordinated public safety service. Reliable vehicles, constant communication and rapid response all play an important role in keeping the team connected while responding to incidents across Welgemoed.

The vehicles have been equipped for the varied work our PSOs undertake each day. From visible patrols and by-law enforcement to inspecting public spaces, checking the CCTV network and responding to alerts from the Security Control Room. The new vehicles provide the reliability our officers depend on throughout the day.
