As we move into the final quarter of the year, there’s much to look forward to in Welgemoed. Preparations are underway for the Welgemoed Straatwinkel, a highlight on our community calendar, and we’re equally excited for the return of Carols by Candlelight on 04 December 2025.

A reminder to all residents: from 31 December 2025, the City of Cape Town will no longer send rates accounts by post. All accounts will be delivered electronically via email only. Please ensure you’ve registered to avoid any service disruptions.
